I'm having probs with my 77 ke30. when u put key into ignition and switch to access. all the lights come on except the headlights which don't work at all. when u try to switch the headlights on, nothing happens! but high beams work. ne one got any ideas on how to fix this cos at the moment i can't drive at night, which is kind of annoying. cheers! kate Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

furryfrog Posted January 6, 2009 Report Share Posted January 6, 2009 i had the same thing happen in my car, start by checking your fuses and relays before you try pulling the column apart. My headlight relay wasnt getting 12v couldnt figure out why so i piggy backed a 12v off the parkers relay with a fuse on the wire. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
KE30_KE35_KE55 Posted January 11, 2009 Report Share Posted January 11, 2009 I would first unplug the wiring harness that goes to the stalk under the steering column . if the lights are still on with ignition on remove relays and fuses until it the lights go out with ignition on.
