  1. it isnt a straight bolt on , not to far off though the angles are slight are slightly different , i ground of the 3k mounts and got the 2tbmuonts and all into place then welded them to the cross member works a treat , and with a coat of black paint looks original.
  2. fitting c/l is relatively easy on the ke30 Just make sure you put rubber grommet in where you drill hole in the door jams so the wires don't wear and tear to much. when installing the actuators try and keep them as parrallel as possible with the locking rod cheers jay jay

  4. i welded the bolt to the pedal and braced it with some small bits of angle. very strong and suprisingly still quite easy to remove etc

Car is very good looking and looked after. has slotted rotors front and back , lowered with low king springs , new shocks, sports steering wheel, extractors and sports exhuast, pod filter. massive stereo system , pioneer deck , splits , 6 x 9's , custom boot install with 12inch sub , splits and 6" speakers. No rwc , or rego, or wheels! stock mags on with rwc tyres as far as i can tell only needs a good clean up and windscreen for rwc engine has a tick in it, hasnt been driven in 7 months .

  7. oh extremely..... nah , it only took a day. customised the engine mounts , the t50 crossmember nearly bolted straight up , just had to elongate the holes a tad. got a manual pedal box off of jip ( ta mate) and clutch master from the ta22. oh and shortened tail shaft. hardest part was setting up the throttle linkage for the twin carbs from a 2tb. even the exhaust bolted up . but thats not staying for long. ill get some pics up soon

Hey all , I volounteer at a youth organization called Car 26, project aimed to get kids of the streets and teach them about cars and how to work on them. anyhoo we got donated a ke30 from a lady whos mother passed away, i bought it of the group and now it my project car. Its a 1977 ke30 , done 96,00 genuine ks , i have the original reciepts , log books and warranty cards for the car along with a comprehensive service record. it has a few dings here and there but not for long. It was a 3k auto but i have recently converted it to a 2t engine with a 5 speed box that i got of a mate with a few celicas. runs good as , still got abit to go though.
  10. you need to use 7mm metal back wipers not hugely common but are a good fit. bitch to trim to length properly to
  11. may just be a fuse or relay, check those, near the accel pedal.
  12. let us know how you go? looking for something for my 30 , might be able to do this and make custom camber tops
