here is a 1971 plymouth cricket (hillman avenger) purchased by me on ebay for 69,99 usd.

was hopeful to maybe fix....now strictly a parts car.

been parked since 1980, it runs awesome, but no chance of repair

I say Bog n race tape will fix anything. If in doubt, rear mount the motor. Hey, the holes already in the boot, and I'm sure theres more metal to mount the motor to in the boot compaired with the front ! :dance:

 

As for the floor. Put a mat over it. You wouldnt be able to tell any difference :)
