mitch_mac Posted November 2, 2009 Author Report Posted November 2, 2009 got the thermo fan in today makes a huge differnce power wise sounds sick to got the skidders on the back to see what they look like now i just gotta learn to slide the thing started having a oil leak today from the sender not happy jan it cracked the whole bit of alloy off and it pissed out so i blocked it with a bolt dodgy job today to get me through for abit hopefully the next photo will be of it sideways and sporting twin carbys moneys all gone for abit =[ once the carbys are fitted the project is on rest for abit i need to actualy get to drive it and enjoy it instead of putting more shit in lol Quote
mitch_mac Posted November 2, 2009 Author Report Posted November 2, 2009 just took it for a spin and boy oh boy does it slide up now :) :( :) i think the 14x6s with old crusty 165 stretch on helps alot lol Quote
JiP Posted November 4, 2009 Report Posted November 4, 2009 that may be a help to the blackboard 70 Oh!! I'm bringing some chalk on the camping trip :) Quote
Taz_Rx Posted November 6, 2009 Report Posted November 6, 2009 fyi - that thermo is only going to be running at about 50% efficiency because of the way you've mounted it. you need to have the shroud up against the rad core otherwise it'll just suck in air between the shroud and core. Quote
mitch_mac Posted November 17, 2009 Author Report Posted November 17, 2009 yeh its only on there like that for now I'm getting a shroud made at the moment ok abit of action over the past week fender mirrors are on and painted the rocker cover carbys are going on tomorow and tuned thursday so keen to see what difference they make the plans after that are getting the suspension alot better engine wise getting a plenum made for the carbys and running a supercharger once I'm off my ps ill slowly collect parts for it rocker cover back on and painted Quote
