20v_ke35: It IS like Bill Sherwood's "How to mod a 4AGE". And yes, it IS easy to cross reference. Go see for yourself, then say a big THANK YOU to SuperJamie.

glad you like it

i've tried to include a bit of knowledge about why things work and how they work, and why some things work better than others and some don't work at all - not just "do this do that" - so people understand what they're doing to their engine and how it all works together. hopefully empowering people with knowledge makes them less likely to ask stupid questions

i'll add some more things as i think of them, and add a small note in the discussion page if i do, to enable current readers to keep track of changes easier. a couple more ideas have already popped into my head :angrybird:

edit: and i added them. that's 19 a4 pages on print preview! wow, talk about getting out of hand

edit: fixed up some typos and a couple of spelling mistakes too, i didn't know how to spell ancillaries or definitely properly! if anyone's interested, my article gets a flesch-kincaid score of 62.5%, and is complex enough that a person needs to be of year 10 reading level to comprehend it. this is actually a pretty good score for a technical document. i believe that, statistically, most people read at a 7 or 8th grade reading level
