Car running a 20 valve , coilovers all round bigger dia sway bars ( adjustable ) front sway bar solid instead of std hollow unit , 4 puk button clutch with ceramic centre , ceramic brake pads , 16 inch wheels 2 1/2 exhaust with no cat etc etc

We are in central Vic , also have a ae82 running a silver top with a Haltech computer as well as other mods to suspension and tyres etc

aftermarket ecu? if not I strongly suggest it

Both cars getting prepped for 6 hour at Winton on the 17-18 Aug with a open practice day on the 27th of this month

I am quite interested in this kind of thing.

 

What sort of budget would you say it has cost you?? :worship:

Car cost 500 with a blown up gearbox , plus what we have spent , car prob owes no more than 5k

Good cheap racing... The way it should be!

I think more people would get involved in track days if they realised how easy it can actually be to build a fun, competitive car.

To right only prob is how many gearboxes we go through lol

nice and cheap indeed, could i possibly trouble you for the spring rates as I'm setting up my daily for some weekend track work in the near future :worship:

King Springs make the stiffest spring available which if memory seves me right in 275 pound , which is stiff for road use but not on the track , only option is coilovers for the track

kings for the ae92, are 240lb/" front and 165lb/" rears which i know wont cut on the track :worship: i was looking at some custom made springs with my choice of spring rate. and i was asking purely for research purposes what you were running on your seca :y:
