Hello ladies and gents been doing abit of painting here and there on this thing have pulled the front guards and body kit off and painted the guards, boot, and the bit that sits under the windscreen wipers and started on the bonnet rear quarter panels, mounted my newly recieved jdm bigport computer in the passenger side kick panel, got bored and gutted the interior so if you need somethin pm me i might have it, i am also putting up my keXX front struts with the commodore brakes on the struts for about 100bucks they have been modified to suit a ke70, other than that nothin else has been happening

as you can see my slackness is apparent :P

 

 

 

 

I put ta22 celica lower control arms into it which are 15mm longer had to pull where the struts mount and swap the celica ones for the rolla ones which is just a circlip and a tap with a hammer, and then pulled the big commo brakes out of the front and put stock brakes back into it and yeah wrecked a tie rod end trying to do the swap but it's all good

Did abit more painting today on the back quarter guard and now i don't know weather to get it rego'd again or just leave it as a track car so any thoughts on this matter would be appreciated

I have decided this is now a track only car so keep an eye out at archy for it in the next 6 to 12months depending on how much time and money i have to complete it

Ok so not really an update sorta like a bad joo joo thing was mucking around with the 4age today and pulled the manifold off to play around with some water hoses and found something i didn't like so now the 4age is coming out and in it's place is gonna be a ca i no i have changed my mind but i think the ca will be alot more reliable anyways i no a ca is stepping away from toyota's heart but it will be more fun specially as a dori car so watch this space to see a work of art performed infront of your eyes as this car gets transformed into an awsome drift car the plans now are for a ca s13 crossmember, tien s13 coilovers, s13 brakes and lower control arms ca18det and a whole lot of fun i will hopefully be getting a whole heap of ca goodies this weekend so watch this space

Just an oil leak on the sump i didn't see before and when i trimmed down a pipe for the rwd water system i got happening was abit short where i trimmed it down just worrying about little things man no stress

Hi boys and girls i have an update today i spent the day chasing up some parts for the ca conversion, i picked up an s13 crossmember, lca's, hubs, and power steering rack for the conversion to make life a little easier for the pearl when i feed it it's new motor, so now all i'm waitin for is the coilovers and brakes and the rest of the hubs to come my way probably mid this week, and as soon as the 4age is out of the way i'll throw the ca gear into the car i'll chuck some pics up of the crossmember and what not tomorrow. Oh also pulled out the heater box and fan out of the car man what a mission that was and next time i do it i'm taking the whole dash out instead of 80percent of it man what a mission never doing that again ;p

ohh no how hard is the heaterbox i was planning on doing mine tommorow after work i had a lil look it does look a lil hard

So today i picked up my tien coilovers and front brakes for my front suspension conversion, i also organised a full ca18det manual harness for the car now i just gotta save money for a motor and box and what ever else it needs to get done to finish the car ;)
