B.L.Z.BUB
are these parts worth it. Ive been hunting around for tail lights for my KE70 for ages and keep getting prices that are astronomical(wreckers). Has anyone bought these parts? I found some overrated ones at a local wrecker and he wanted 110 each. Thailand parts i found for 130 a pair including postage and they look brand new. Failing that http://www.ozeparts.com.au.

JiP
Can't you use your old holders? It should pass assuming all your lights light up. Edited October 28, 2009 by JiP
B.L.Z.BUB
thats what I'm hoping. some places can get anal about the little things. Would be nice to have totally fresh everything tho.
irokin
I'd just ask Repco when you call. Chances are the people that make the tail light unit also make the holders. Its nice that they keep them separate, keeps the price down when you only need one part.
B.L.Z.BUB
yeah for sure. i don't relly mind as long as cheaper than that wrecker! Plus just bought a house and got all my bond back from the flat and the missus said spend half of it on whatever you want. Hello quads. JiP
I really can't understand how a wrecker can charge that price. Yeah maybe for a 2000 model Corolla but not a 1982 Corolla.
B.L.Z.BUB
i almost laughed in his face, he claimed it was a classic so thats why was so expensive.. I said i could get them off the net for 130, he said good luck. Go the repco...
