it is registered..... as a stock rolla.....

 

basic rundown. its got an rb30e+t manual. high mount turbo. trans tunnel was hacked, custom gearshifter made up to bring it to near stock position, new trans tunnel riveted/welded in. r31 diff, custom adj panhard rod. thats what i got off the top of my head.

 

he towed a patrol with it, happily chugged up hills in third.

yea its registered, with r31 diff custom mounts/tailshaft, its n/a for a while until i can afford that. no more pics really

Looks like there is a lot of hacking involved wouldnt mind seeing the finished product.

Any more info on the custom gearshifter to bring it back to stock position? How much further back does the shifter hole actually sit?

I tryed that link but it doesn't work? Even after registering?

the shifter was approx 200mm too far back.

 

if you can't see it it may be in an area where you need 25 posts or more to see, same with the trading section i believe. not too sure lol, i have enough posts to see the whole site :thumbsup:

its only members rides you need 25 posts to get on.

have seen the blue rolla around but always parked and did NOT know it had that under the hood.

 

nice work on doing this conversion i was keen but way too much hacking for my liking. i was offered an rb30 for 100 bucks so it was tempting.

i have a spare rb30. my mate tried getting me to do it lol.

if i had a 5 speed i'd smack it behind my CA and throw the combo in my rolla, lol.

yeah man for sure go on a rolla cruise but you have to wait for me :P
