Well it's 6cyl, turbo and at least 13 years newer thanks captain obvious! But at least it's still a Toyota! and would be good to see some more people out at this one. Looks like I might have to get the old girl out, register it and come for a cruise!

Thanks for the replies guys all positive so far, i agree its such a difference when you convert the front end from slant to flat and the Crome bumpers look so much better than plastic ones, and the guy who sold them to me is a champ lol. And the 4ac is such a difference to a 4k I think it would have at least twice the power. yea the extractors are home made but I think you can buy them from an exhaust shop. I was actually lucky with the front end I bought it as you see it paint wise and just had to put the pin stripes on.

Yeah ive allways loved the flat front rolla's and thought the slants looked crap but then i bought one and i agree they grow on you. Once there lowered and have a good set of wheels they look tuff. And i've noticed there arn't as many slant fronts around. With the quad light conversions i agree they have to be done right with the original imported lights and grills. One of my mates recently done one on his rolla and i didn't like them at first but they also grew on me and now i think they look neat.

This car has changed so much since my mate had it all the hard work has paid off looks so much better and so clean!

It would want to be twin turbo or something pretty special and if not there would have to be a cash difference of about $7500 Swap for an EL FALCON HA HA :) Sorry couldnt resist!

Check on your tacho because they have a switch on the back with 4-6-8 as this is for the amount of cylinders so make sure the switch is on 4 and you can wire the white wire to ignitoin power so when you turn the ignition on the light will light up and the red wire should also go to ignition power also so if you have a cd player run it to the red wire on the cd player wiring or if not go and buy a test light and find ignition power.
