there wouldn't be much pressure in the sump though as its basically a drain bowl, the pressure is in the galleries.

Starlet engine sounds good, those things are quite zippy. That'll look sick. Drag spec :P Spinning is overrated, push them to their limits through twisties, keep the grip, that's what gets the blood pumping. ;)

Yeah man, I'm currently hunting for a nice neat Datsun 1200 ute and I hope to make it as clean as this, being similar era car :) Also love your dash, hoping to do something similar myself. Duckwing would look sick I think. Give it a bit of a 'pop' so to speak. If you play around with a few things you could probably lower the engine to lower the centre of gravity a bit to give better handling again. (thats why bmw tilt their engines ;) )

that looks amazing. this car is by far my favourite rolla.

find a mate with a car trailer. pay the fuel and their food and a bit for their efforts. or see if you can borrrow it from them for a small fee
