December 30, 200916 yr comment_401736 AFAIK there's nothing off the shelf that doesn't require modification to fit. Weld on coil over kits and XT130 struts are probably the best option. Report

December 30, 200916 yr comment_401785 why not go with ae86 coilovers Yea, pretty sure you can bolt in AE86 coilovers. AE86 brakes would be sufficient for a 4AGE conversion! Report
December 31, 200916 yr comment_401850 I don't think AE86 coil overs are a direct fit, anyone know for sure? If they do then I could have saved myself some cash! If you go with XT130 struts then I would recommend the Corona/Hilux/Peugot brake upgrade. It's overkill but who cares and it's relatively easy to do. Edited December 31, 200916 yr by RedKE30 Report
December 31, 200916 yr comment_401879 No need to go as far as the Hilux calipers with the xt130/rt132 struts.. that is massive overkill. Just use the sumitomo twin piston caliper that comes with the corona strut. use the otomoto coil over conversion kit. its well priced and has all the good bits you will need including steel coil over sleeves Report

January 3, 201016 yr comment_402485 i put complete ae86 front struts that were converted to coil-overs in the front of a friends ke35, you need the ae86 p/s arms as there the closest length to the 35 length... but hey run the same ball joint so steering arm bolts in would recommend you get some roll center adjusters if going for coil-overs and low... ae86 vented brakes with decent pads is plenty of stopping power IMO Report
January 6, 201016 yr comment_403437 AE86 top hats that bolt to strut tower are same as KE70 which is different to the KE3x/5x series. I got TA22 struts in mine, and thats a fair bit more braking power, mind you i need new pads soon Report
