markhansen1983 Posted February 3, 2010 Report Share Posted February 3, 2010 Ok, so in the KE70 1983 wagon there's a door open light that looks like the picture I have attached. For some reason, mine doesn't work...hopefully it's just the bulb, so i'm hoping to take it out and replace it. I've attached a couple of pictures, but basically I can't get the globe out of the casing...no idea what I'm doing wrong. Anyone able to help? jono1986 Posted February 3, 2010 Report Share Posted February 3, 2010 ummm...those pictures are fairly unlcear but if it doesn't work with any of the doors open it could be the globe, if it works with the passenger door then the switch needs looking at. If its a normal globe and not a festoon you need to rotate it anti-clockwise to get it out. It doesn't really happen with interior lights but it could have corrosion on the metal part so just keep working it back and forth. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
