Valandor Posted July 28, 2005 Report Posted July 28, 2005 here is a scenario: you have 3 landcruisers to convert to cfs and ses truck.. you have 2 weeks ot get them out. you have no documentation on how to wire them you have four sparkys one fully qualified one in an apprenticehsip one is new and know nothing (female not holding against here but youll find out soon) one has been there a while and know a bit who would you get to wire them and would you give them help? the answer is apparantly you get the guy that know a bit (me) to wire them and give them no help at all let them do 13 hour shifts to do it and when he doesnt wire them the way they want it wired you fire them..... this is after 6 month of working there and doing parts of trucks any thing majour the other guys that know what they are doing do it. i had no warnings did nothing wrong except got told off when i didnt do it correctly. it friggen p***es me off a crap load because i lost my job because the boss made a mistake. personally i rekong they hired a female to look good, you know women can do the same job as a man and look at us and our un biased hiring stuff. then realised they had to many sparkies but also wanted a reason to fire me to justify it to themselves. sorry to rant and that but i just wanted to let it out and see what people think.
