I'm new to all this wheel fitting stuff. i just want to get some sweet rims for the ke20 :) and I'm thinking 15's or 16's please let me know your thoughts, whether pro or con Report

Just get later model hubs and axles. There are more specific details in other threads if you search the mechanical sections. Report

June 13, 201016 yr comment_444359 front ke 70 front hubs , use all existing ke20 front brake disc/caliper ... Bolt on Rear ke35-55 jap/borgy axles depending on what you have , with 5 mm cut off the end , bolt in using the bigger drums easy conversion i did mine in under 2 hrs as for rims 14x 7 with a 195/45/14 15 x7 with a 185/45/15 same rolling diameter as stock 12 with a 155/80/12 easy Report
June 13, 201016 yr comment_444388 I'll butt in with what my mechanic reminds me of every time I talk about rims... In Vic I'm pretty sure the rule of thumb is that you can't have rims that are more than 2 inches bigger than stock, so if it comes stock with 12s the biggest you can go is 14s. This might not be completely true and you'll probably get away with it as long as they don't look stupidly large. Report
