Haha, thanks. I like it too. Here's my progress today:

The rear. My god, what the previous owner had in mind, I'm yet to figure out. The whole rear quarter was body filler, and under it, was straight, rust free metal! I got all of that off, and have got it primed, waiting for the grabber green.

Before:

Half way there:

Relief! I also painted the rear door on that side today:

Along with both front fenders:

God, she looks beast, only half way through.

Well, I have a 7m here that I removed from a wrecked '87 Supra that I could stick in it, or one of my 5m's. I have also thought of how nice a 1uzfe would be.. Whatever I do, it'll be as different as the paint color. :hmm:

So you're a fan of changing head gaskets then!? :rolls:

I have changed a lot of them in my Supra years. The only reason M series engine head gaskets blow so easy is because of low factory torque specs. Every time I get a 5/6/7m, I remove the head, have it plained slightly, throw on a new head gasket, fasten it all together with arp head studs, torque to 92 ft/lbs, and never worry about them. Works great.

that sounds like a good way to solve that problem
