Anyway its time to take it for a run and see how hot it gets this time. Plans for the next couple months. Fit ke20 springs and spring tops. Ke20 disc brakes. Find and fit a 3 speed auto. Start body work, Pull out dents and maybe a dodge white respray. Des ;) Quote

Des Posted January 1, 2011 Author Report Posted January 1, 2011 Fitted a Ke20 KPH speedo to the Ke11 cluster yesterday, Straight swap apart from i had to cut the shaft for the trip meter reset. Even has the same font as the MPH speedo. Quote
Des Posted May 1, 2011 Author Report Posted May 1, 2011 The ke11 has been sitting in the shed for a long time. I've got all the bits to build the 5k now along with the ke20 brakes. Should be registered again by the end of June. May have some 15's for it too. Quote

Drum brakes on the front are rather interesting in wet weather, But I'm keeping all parts so it can be put back to 1970 standard. Just a stock rebuilt 5k, A nice comfortable cruiser that the missus can drive and can make it long distances without issues. Des :) Quote
