Would panels off other ke model corollas fit a ke55? Like doors, quarters.. and also suspension like struts, ball joints?

Would panels off other ke model corollas fit a ke55? Like doors, quarters.. and also suspension like struts, ball joints?

 

 

Just about everythying from a KE30 will Bolt up to a KE55, Front ends and front / rear suspension are the same, There are some differences with brakes, diff, alt and starter depending on Jap or Aussie build but as whole units they will change over. panels the same, may look different but will bolt up to both Models

Basicly same car with different engine block and crank. Pistons, head, Cam and dissy basicily same will fit both.

 

Some KE20 or KE70 stuff will fit but most parts wont change over.

Are you sure the pistons are interchangable.

 

Maybe 4k into 3K, but having asked the question before I'm sure the 3K pistons wont fit due to not having the skirt scalloped for the 4K counter weight due to the longer stroke of the 4k crank.

ah ... well ... they are a bit worn .... and not working haha ah well

thanks also the horns not working from what i can see its hard wired right? no fuse anywhere i can see .. any ideas ?

might just run a new one when i put the new wheel in - non cracked one.

um sorry . how much for a genuine momo 13" steering wheel i got one for 5 bucks thats all was gona sell it
