update on dave's behalf.

 

i lowered it on its ring. 2inch drop on the front end and flipped 2nd leaf on the rear.

 

realised it was on its ass so we went and bought 4 14's off a corona with decent tread for $48? LOL!

 

i saw daves hj in tucked in the corner so i test fitted the caps on my 55. witch sparked in the insanity!

wow. for a second i thought this was a different car. gloss paint on this would improve the looks 100000%.

 

also evans 55 looks like a holden with those caps and no walls. hubcaps are a good thing. making me want to put my set back on the 20.

Yeah if the weather holds up tomorrow I'll be painting it gloss. The hubcaps look pretty horn and I'm glad Even suggested it.

Hub caps look really good on both cars, calling them Gemimis is an insult Evan :n: Evan, you should have put your crown hubcaps on the coupe if you had the chance.

Those Holden Hubcaps actually look good on Evan's Ke55. No whitewalls, no ugly rat-rod styled stockies - just plain hubcaps on plain stockies. Just need to paint over the Holden Badges on them. :)

how did the painting go? it was a nice and sunny day for you to give it a few coats.

Phuck the caps lol, get some SSR's or some nice jap wheels, superlites whatever. Dish, and stretch! Love the car anyway :wink:
