ancullen Posted September 20, 2005 Report Posted September 20, 2005 Mate, all you guys need to live in Perth. You can get into good areas for 260k! Yeah, but why would you want to live in Perth??? Quote
demuire Posted September 20, 2005 Report Posted September 20, 2005 Mate, all you guys need to live in Perth. You can get into good areas for 260k! Perth has good areas? Besides, Perth is even further away than Ipswich! :P Quote
Xany Posted September 21, 2005 Report Posted September 21, 2005 Perth has good areas? Besides, Perth is even further away than Ipswich! :P i thought exactly the same thing.....perth....good areas?.....shit eh.... Quote
Dan Posted September 21, 2005 Report Posted September 21, 2005 Come on, fair go! Perth is a good place to live, and it does have nice areas... plus Rose Pourteous has moved out so it made it such a better place  But it is remote. Thats the only bad thing that I see about it. I don't like Melbourne Canberra and Sydney cos there is too many people and not enough bush. I can legally ride my dirt bike 35min drive away here. You might be able to do that in 3hrs over in Sydney. So to all who are WA haters, :P , cos I reckon its an awesome place to be... Quote
Dan Posted September 21, 2005 Report Posted September 21, 2005 Oh yeah, and don't take it like I'm pissed off or anything, cos I'm not, I'm just trying to argue my point. The only bad areas in Perth are the Balga vicinity and Midland vicinity. I happen to live in one of those areas.... Quote
ancullen Posted September 22, 2005 Report Posted September 22, 2005 The only bad areas in Perth are the Balga vicinity and Midland vicinity. I happen to live in one of those areas.... Coincidence...? But it is remote. Thats the only bad thing that I see about it. Darwin has the same problem. But while it can be a disadvantage, it also has it's advantages. And of course we've got the open speed limit less than half an hour from where I live. :P :D :D Quote
ancullen Posted September 22, 2005 Report Posted September 22, 2005 Mmm, open speed limits are fun. My Galant was showing 195km/h on her speedo once. Of course, that was going down a slight dip in the road with a tail wind. Hoping my new Corolla will beat that, but I'm pretty confident she will, as I was once easily passed by one while I was doing 160km/h!!!
