Hi i just joined this site but have been researching it quite alot lately as I'm looking to invest in a ke70. eventually i hope to have it super low with nice and wide rims and to handle like a go kart.

anyway i wanted to know what wheels can go onto ke70s and if it will change when the struts are changed etc.

firstly whats the stud pattern 4x100 or 114.3?

whats the min and max offset that can go onto these with stock struts.

and what would you guys recommend?

as suspension goes ive read that ae86 struts with weld kits are popular? are these expensive/ hard to come by? what would you recommend?

sorry if this gets on peoples nerves because these are commonly asked questions. but i can't seem to find enough info to make a proper decision

Cheers dan.

Sorry Dan... You seem like a decent sort of chap.

And you're even literate, which is a nice change.

New members usually need to be re-taught the English language when they turn up here.

But...

I've been HANGING for an excuse to post this up.

First... get your KE70!

Don't rush, pick the best for your buck, and it might come with suspension already done.

Trawl through the build forum seeing what people have done to theirs.

See if you live near a couple of members who might give you a ride in theirs, so you know what

super low with nice and wide rims and to handle like a go kart.
actually feels like to drive every day....

Great cars, unfortunate engine! :laff:

Studs are 4 x 114.3. Depends how wide in regards to the offset. With 7's +18 fit, +5 fills the guards. How wide a rim are you looking at? XT130 corona struts are a good alternative and take the same shocks and coilover kits as the AE86 and is normally minus the takumi tax.
