Hi guys, just about to put some wheels under my 1983 corolla ke70. i want to get 14 or 15 inch superlites under it but discovered that there will not be enough clearance between the struts and the wheels on the front. just want to know what people are running these days or what to put under it strut wise.

Cheers

So what are they them?

If you don't tell us the specs on your wheels how can we possibly help?

A medium dish? What does that mean? How much offset? Width? Diameter?

Do you want us to fully explain every variation of rim and what struts work with each one?

Specifics mate.

i had 15x6+25odd...hit the struts.

search through members rides, there are heaps of people with ke70s....with wheels on them.

Bro you know this site is about free info about everything without any specifics.

I've spent days researching ke70's with different wheels and struts.

And I've come to the conclusion that standard wheels on standard struts work a treat.

scHLONG13 we aren't trying to be dicks man but we really can't help with the info you have supplied.

What sort of struts do you want to run?

Coilovers, or just a basic upgrade?

Is it for a fully street car, drift, half and half.

What kind of camber are you wanting? If any?

What kind of money do you want to spend (this is important).

Basic AE86 or XT130 (and T18) upgrade is what most people run. with varying degrees of how far they go.

Most of these upgrades wont really affect the wheel you get or the offset you choose.

Unless you get a bigger brake set up.

Wheel choice isnt just struts, it can be just a good offset/ size choice.
