ROLLN'03 Posted October 27, 2005 Report Posted October 27, 2005 I asked the same question ages ago, and i can't remember the exact site, but i will try and find it...... What sort of information where you chasing Dreamer? :( Specifications? Pictures? Modifications? Or just models and years........ Quote
Super Jamie Posted October 27, 2005 Report Posted October 27, 2005 are you after chassis codes such as ke10, ae92, etc? or trim models such as CS, XX, CSi and Ultima? if the former, there exist rwd and fwd corolla history sections on jonny's webpage http://www.geocities.com/jonnyr_1973/ Quote
Rolln16 Posted October 27, 2005 Report Posted October 27, 2005 If you are after just a list of corollas....There was actually a list posted up in here not long ago - it was a mile long - but i can't seem to find it and i can't rember who posted it either!!! Quote
ancullen Posted October 27, 2005 Report Posted October 27, 2005 As suggested by the others, checking Johnny Rochester's site would be the best, as RollaClub does not yet have a listing of various Corolla chassis codes, but I'm sure this is something that we'll be adding to our FAQ at some point. You are correct by the way, the KE10 was the first ever Corolla. There were also KE11, KE15, and KE16 models based on the KE10 shape and chassis. Quote

st.nick Posted October 28, 2005 Report Posted October 28, 2005 Hey didn't someone post this list last week or the week before?? Coz I remember that the left off the KE55 XX coupe... Quote
ancullen Posted October 28, 2005 Report Posted October 28, 2005 The list posted was just a list of almost all the model variants that have been released but with no reference as to which series of Corolla they came out on, eg. it didn't say that the AE92 was available in CSi variant, it just said that there had been a CSi variant of Corolla. dreamer - I have started a basic list in the FAQ if you want to check it out. Click on the FAQ link above, then go to 'Reference Material'. It's only VERY basic, and I am sure I've missed a lot of models, but it's a starting point upon which I intend to build to include years of production, model variants, engines, etc. Quote
Mr Hardware Posted October 29, 2005 Report Posted October 29, 2005 Well the FX was never an official name for the 48-215, merely a nickname that is thought to originate from Nasco spare parts. The VE isnt a production commodore.... yet. Quote
ancullen Posted October 29, 2005 Report Posted October 29, 2005 Meh. Was tempted to start reeling off LC, LJ, TA, etc as you suggested you could name the greatest number of Holdens, not just Commodores. But that would be me being even stupider and wankier than I was already being with my prior post. Quote
