towe001
http://www.msruns.com/viewforum.php?f=89&sid=4e693e8c8b246cce3f249d279f614de3 Whats the cold start injector like ? Sometimes it can develop a leak making the thing run rich. Next on the list is the vacuum line to the MAP sensor. If the hose is broken it'll make the sensor think there's more air so it'll pump up the fuel. Next one would be the o2 sensor, it'll pump the fuel up if it thinks the motors running lean. ae824ate
so rich that it stalls when put under load and fuel is coming out the exhoust Fuel coming out of the exhaust?? Are you having alot of detonation of unburnt fuel in the exhaust? Banging, popping spitting and farting? Something must be super duper wrong if you are having problems as bad as you say. philbey
Forgive my prying question, but have you had it tuned, by someone qualified? On a dyno?
ke70dave
philby i think what he is asking is "i can't get my engine to run on a stock ecu, will an aftermarket ecu make it easier" using only the knowledge ive gained about you in this thread, the answer is no. no it wouldnt. it would meerly make it infinitly more complicated and less likely to ever work.
