Can someone please confirm that KE70 MANUAL (K50) speedo cables fit T50 gearboxes? I've been told they do and also told they don't.

Two things I know for sure are AE86 speedo cables DO NOT fit KE70 dash clusters and AUTO KE70 speedo cables DO NOT fit T50s.

If anyone has first hand put a K50 (manual KE70 gearbox) speedo cable into a T50 (manual AE86/AE71gearbox) please comment.

seems this guy used the k box speedo.

K40 fits T50 perfectly.

i have a k40 speedo cable on my t50.

It's all good, I have since discovered (firsthand) that K40, K50, AE71 T50 and T18 T50 speedo cables are all the same, but AE86 T50 speedo cables are different.

Yeah I got all excited and thought 'yeah awesome thats a good idea' then thought about the poor mods and the bitching about things that are 'correct' .
