tojo2 Posted November 11, 2012 Report Posted November 11, 2012 rounding / smoothing the lower edge inside the manifold wont harm Quote
altezzaclub Posted November 11, 2012 Report Posted November 11, 2012 rounding / smoothing the lower edge inside the manifold wont harm True, but throwing it away and using a side-draught setup is the answer! Every elbow has the effect of a metre of pipe flow loss. Quote
NinjaMekanik Posted November 12, 2012 Author Report Posted November 12, 2012 all good did it yesterday. I was in a rush so i didnt get any pics. Used altezzas way to get rid of the bulk of it and i bought a cheap rotary tool to clean it up. Damn genuine Dremmil bit was more than the cheap rotary tool lol. AND IT BROKE at the end so meh. Quote
NinjaMekanik Posted November 12, 2012 Author Report Posted November 12, 2012 the casting was pretty crap from factory, as i was cleaning up the edges i found all these hollow sections. looked pretty dodgey.... Quote
