Just acquired an AE71 Spirit... in Red.

 

Just wanted to know a little more information on these little rigs.

 

How many were made?

Are they a rally car?

 

What are the specs over say a base model ae71?

There's nothing mechanically different its all cosmetic.

Keichi tsuchiya personally jizzed on the front passenger side tyre of each one. Massive value if it has the factory tyres ;)

Its a manual ae71 with a unique undersea vomit green interior. Striped trim, All were manual. 3 colour options. Basically an ae71 CS with different seats and stripes and the factory $66 at the time option of a spoiler.
