this maybe a stupid question but i own a ke55 1979 with just a 4k my question is what fuel should i run it on should i be putting additive in the petrol? so if ya know answer it would be a great help.

No I have heard that unleaded will do just fine.

Yep, unleaded. I used to run my KE55 on unleaded when it had the 4K in it and when it had the 4A-C in it.

 

The panel van will be running on unleaded as well.

My 4k runs on premo with Flashlube. Timing is a little further advanced to use the premium...

 

I used to run my 3k KE30 on 130 octane avgas I had for the rallycar. The beast used to fly, and blew BIG flames!!!

I personally think flashlube is a waste of time as these have hardened valve seats...

 

I just run my 3K on Bp Ultimate with no additives and timing on 10 deg
