yeah you would need a blue plate for the recaros or basically any different seat you install.

Pretty sure you can drive a car with blue plates for shit that isnt engine related, like seats. But when you get into 'performance engine upgrades' its a no-no.

Judging from that he's 15 I'd say he can't drive at all yet, Which I don't understand why you'd want a 4age or the welded diff that's in his wanted thread..
