These guys are a great friendly bunch (as you would expect from toyota owners) and arent shy to be the little guys, The egine was originally the lexus/soarer 4.0 all alloy engine, Their best ET is 7.92 @ 156.79 M.P.H / 252.34 K.P.H, Its about time someone showed the true power of a toyota.

Damn straight, when will they realise that the Ford V8's are still respectable.. besides, you'll find most (fast) drag engines are loosely based on the GM format, but are still counted as GM :P... doesn't sound good explained that way.

 

Anywho... I knew a bloke with a twin turbo 1uzfe in a Datto 280c :P

If its V8 and pushrod...its garbage. Brains over cubes!

The soarer V8s have an OHC configuration see we got a decent v8 out of the lot

Soarer v8/celsior v8 = same thing. Was quite suprised when i saw the times/0-60 these things do, early models do a 15.5, and the new ones do something like a 14.5, for such a heavy car thats crazy.
