i when through 4 heads kept hitting water gallery

3 blocks due to core movement ended up putting sleave in the block to get to 82.5mm bore

 

Looks like there's not much allowance in widening the bore.

120kw is pretty impressive. What lift and duration is the camshaft?

its a special grind lift is around the 45-500 mark

getting a roller camshalft made to try atm

Who did the head work and fitted the valves?
