EVA foam toolbox inserts

Recommended Posts

Got bloody sick to death of my tools being unorganised all the time.

Shout out to Sidchrome for making all of their plastic moulds incompatible with their toolboxes!

Feels good to have all me sockets in one spot.

hey now thats a good idea.

The thing that always goes first on socket sets is that annoying plastic insert inside the case. Maybe ill do what you did to my sidchrome set.

I’d thought about doing similar with mine as everything rolls everywhere when you move the drawer. Where did you find the foam? My local bunnings etc don’t have it that I can see

Yeah, super happy with it. That's another reason I did mine - the plastic inserts seem to go brittle after a few years of use. Also means no more imperial sockets clogging up space!

I got it from Clarke Rubber - they're fucking absurdly priced. I'd recommend buying online or through another mob.
