there is nothing wrong with chrome.

 

chrome bumpers :P , cheap chrome rims probably bought with finance :P

i don't think you get it, it was a stab at people who go nuts when they buy a car, buying gay add-on rice bits mate... and are broke because of it. "cheap" refers to the quality of the product not the price, $1500 17" chrome rims are cheap pieces of shit.
