Ok folks, I went and attended the khana day down the road as stated in the above posts somewhere. Not a bad lil skid pan they got goin around here, but the course is basically an X makred out in cones. The trick is to go around the 5 cones in a certain order (bottom left, top right, bottom right, top left then middle) and stop in a designated piont. All this is on wet concerete :wink: While i can't say I'm a fan of this sort of stuff I'm sure it'd be a hellova lot of fun especially for u poopy k motor boys. I admit it was fun seeing all these pintara boi doin 360's on every cone (it was all car club outing) and a 2jz sitting on the limiter for the whole minute it was out there. what do u guys reckon?

Dammit, where the hell does 3.89 come up on the list? The closest i got is 3.889 which is 06, but nowhere is there an 06 on my diff. Ohhh its all so confusing

Ok, i just did a driveby past the Roadwise driver training track in the above post. Theres actually a track there on the side of the hill so it looks like ill go and attend the Toymods motokhana there this Saturday 5th March. Ill get plenty of pics and post em up just so we know what its like.

AFAIK there are Borg warners, S diffs and T diffs However i have susssed out mine: P/N: T948-42-001 Ratio: 3.89 And to the side of that its got 3481 or sumthing. I mean FFS 3.89!!!! No wonder it was so damn slow.

Whats the difference between S diffs and a borg? Apparently ive only ever seen S diffs come off ADM sprinters.

Alrighty, ive been trying to get my head around what ratio ive got in my diff. The Vehicle id tag was blank so i got this off mt diff: T948-42-001 Can anyone make sense of it or is it just some dumb numbers. Ive read numerous diff codes explained articles and none match the sequence on mine. However it looks to be a standard borg warner one. I may be wrong tho.

Yep u got a tri strut brace buddy. Lol three pionts of contact etc... Yair, the R and L are the sides which they go on. Ever had a look at some of the suspension parts? They are usually stamped with the coresponding side code R for driver and L for passenger.

Oh and stretched tyres = less flex mr. Love_ke?
