hmmm got some work done yesty (27th) installed the new pioneer cd player (thanks mother!!), fixed up the carpet so it all sits better, tightened up the dash and other ratterly bits. picked up 2 nice cloth seats out of a KE36 panelvan, got em home and they had custom brackets on em and where way off for the "30.. i got the passenger side in good, drivers side has a stupid nob where you can adjust the hight of the seat, so thats being ripped out later today,and some brackets made to fit. also found some 1cm thick spacers, got them on the front atm, dunno if there legal but i noticed a small difference in steering, bit more stable..probably cause of the wider track??

anyone have any unused 185/70/R13 tyres lying around?, gotta have decent tread on em, will pay cash, or trade for 2 15inch pursuit rims with low profile yokohama race tyres (just on the wear stops, good for a track day or something, cheers

hmm attack of the bog, had to paint it black(i had no primer or $$) so the surface don't rust!!

dunno, but i though if I'm gunna replace the 3k, then I'm gunna make it have one good last run, it made noisey ive never heard before lol!!

wouldnt cause it to loose all power, and run like it was 2 cylinders would it?. ive checked it was only replaced like 3 weeks ago!

strange thing happened today.. Had to drive up to town (50 odd kays away), I'm a p plater so 80kays only. when i left the 30 was running nice, bit loud from the blown muffler :y: got just to town and it lost all power, backfiring on acceleration, stalling, sounded like a friggen rotary but with a rumble...i thought maybe a pushrod or 2 fell off the rocker arm or whatever it is.. parked the car about 8kays from city center, walked into city did what i ahd to do and walked back.. got into the 30, started it..still sounded like crap, but i drove it anyway, i just needed to get it home so i can pull the 3k out of it. got about 5kays from my house (still on the highway) had to slow down to 30 for a slow driver, i then booted it 2nd, got about 70kays, then straight into 4th and putted home.. got home and the car is running smooth, no poping, no over heating, sounds quieter!!! WTF happend??? got no idea, could it have been dirty fuel?, i dunno.. anyone else had this happen??

there decent, one dent above the corolla badge on drivers side, some near the chrome bit at the front of guard, same for the other guard, nothen a little hammer and some filler will do, no rust afaik!! Depending on jamie's rolla, i might part out the 30 i got sooner, hand the plates in ect, unless some one wants a cheap basher??,

What spares come with it? Will probably have to catch up in person, don't actually have phone connected at my new place lol!! Ill need it to pass pits quiet easy with just a 3k in it, Got no room really for a heap of spares so will probably be better to buy it with no spares, unless there usefull lol

will it take much for the pedalbox to run cable for a 3k? anything stopping it from passing the pits, Or does a 2tg come with it?? haha :) :)

Need to take my car to a panel beater in launny to get a quote on getting the ass fixed!! the whole back end is bog nearly, and underneath is all ripple badly...now would it be cheaper to get all the dents and ripples and the backend all straight at a panelbeater, or get a cut shut job done with a good condition ke30 backend? What panelbeater places around town are good? Cheers

look better... The KE20 has the 5k and manual afaik!, the KE55 has the 4k and auto if I'm correct? 2 different cars there people..lol
