SPOTTED Tonight I spotted a green KE10/11 in Calamvale crossing Beaudesert Road. Its the first ever KE10/11 i've ever seen in person/from a distance.

Hey, Welcome to the club!! Are you sure its a KE30?? It had KE30 bumpers but the rest, like the bonnet, grille, tail lights & rear qtr vents, look like KE55's?? The colour looks KE30 tho. I too like the look of fender mirrors but i'd get the shits with them if i had to get out of the car to correct its angle. plus its got more of a chance to get bumped there.

Obviously this "convertable" wasn't done in the late 70's. It'd be more recent.

I was thinking of this thread last night as i was staring at a Astra convertable and it got me thinking. If they used the roof from the Astra convertable it would keep the same shape as the KE35's original roofline.

The Celica lokks Shit Hot without the top. You'd think that they could design a better looking roof for a convertable!!

If i had shitloads of money to waste like this guy, i would have removed the back seat all together and tried to make it a hardtop convertable. Now that would look cool. Mainly cause it would keep the original roofline.

I use to polish my exhause all the time for a while. Then i had my accident and since then i've been to busy. I think i stopped mainly cause i didn't have such a great front bumper to polish. My old bumper was soo shiny.

Now it looks just okay without the top, but with it takes away all the character that the hardtop had. a big :P from me.
