  3. Thats old but clever.
  4. lOl I'm currently watching a ghost hunting show but the main characters last name is Winchester. My boss was saying that maybe they planned on putting a 3rd level on one day. I don't agree as this is close to the airport and no building (even the new ones we are working on in the area) is over 2 levels.
  5. lOl Nice pants :locked: And maybe he is doing us a favor by not showing us his face  lOl

OMG!!! This this is soo phucking MAD!!! Today I was taken for a drive in it and WoW. This beast flies!!! As soon as Rod punched the accelorator I was thrown into my seat and chirping when changing gears. This car has guts and I want it. Now he has me wanting to do something like this to one of my cars :locked: One day. Rod if you ever going for a cruise and need to fill a seat, you know who to call
  7. Seems when I fix one thing, another breaks. Over the past few days I've noticed coolant dripping from under my passenger foot well. I popped the bonnet and noticed coolant dripping from where one of the heater hoses meets at the firewall. I tightened it and the dripping stopped. Today its been dripping again, but this time I opened the passenger door to find a massive pool of coolant inside the car. I've been told that it must be the heater core. But as you can see in the pic below, the carpet directly under the heater/fan is dry. All the carpet along the firewall is wet, along with the cardboard thingo and the sponge. I can't figure out where the leak is coming from and can't make it leak. As far as I can see its not using coolant and the radiator is full. I ran the car this afternoon in my front yard with the heater on and no drips, nothing. It must be the copper pipes but inside the firewall. Another thing, I'm not sure if its normal, but I hear this in the mornings when I turn on the car. Its the sound of water glowing somewhere down there. I hope its inside the heater tho. Also, a few weeks ago I was cleaning my car and I found the carpet under the passenger mat was soaked. I just assumed it was from my windshield as it leaks too. So it could have been going for a while. Does anyone have any thoughts on what it could be or something I could do to test?? Is there a way to remove the copper pipes without removing everything?? Cause I think I'd have to remove the whole dash to get to the box. On another note, does anyone know if the heater/fan is the same in the cars with the air-conditioner??
  8. Yeah mate, I'll give it a go. thanks.
  9. Super? Man that would be good.
  10. I might paint the whole thing and scrape the paint off the glass. My only other option is maybe sticking a flat headed screwdriver in the mount hole and pushing on the glass. I'm afraid to scratch the backing tho. I think i'll need to open this one up anyway as the bolt from the inside has fallen inside.
  11. I'm a sub. We have a sweet deal tho. We get paid a daily rate. I just divided that amount by the number of hours we work, tho i didn't count the lunch hour. The boss charges his boss around $1500 i think. Apparently he gets $100 for every worker he has. Thats why he likes it when we have a big group.
  12. Phone internet and writing a post in a thread that you think is another.
  13. Right... Go drink some food fool..
  14. Didn't you know? The world is america. We all just revolve around them.
  15. I was bored this morning so i worked out my hourly rate and everyone elses i work with. The bosses dad gets $21/h I get $25/h, another guy gets $28/h, another gets $31/h and the boss gets $107/h! I so wanna be the boss!
  16. I went into a really dark room and shone a light up the mount hole so I could see inside behind the mirror. There is about a 1cm ring around the edge of the mirror. I might see if one of my mirrors is bad and smash it.
  17. We worked at this job site this week by the horse race tracks (Doomben). This builder is such a rude prick, you say hello and he glares at you. He bought a whipper snipper to work and only did the grass inside the fence. I was so over walking through this. I assume he is waiting for the council to do it... Same building, these are the battens attached to the trusses that hold the fire rated ceiling sheets. Not sure if you can see it but the trusses aren't level... They didn't use a laser to level them out
  18. I think eventually it will chip from the taped end. And how do I unclip?? I think they are glued in with sikaflex or something.
  19. I popped my bonnet the other day to find my coolant bottle was empty. I lost a whole bottle in two day. I later found the leak. It turned all I had to do was tighten the heater hoses. The past owners cut off the bonnet pole stand. The pole has been destroping the radiator support for years now. So I picked up some scrap metal from work to make myself a holder... Here is that metal piece again but cut and shaped... I then screwed it to the radiator support panel... And the end result... It works a charm. Next I was hoping to paint the mirrors black to freshen them up, but can't figure out how to separate the glass from the plastic. Anyone know??

  21. Okay guys, it is now March and I have 25+ calendars that people have agreed to buy, yet no payment. I'm sick of sending PM's and for nothing to happen. No sale of these 25 calendars mean $500 less for rollaclub. I am disappointed in all the people that agreed to buy calendar/s and haven't come forward with the cash. So in total there are 32 calendars left. I am prepared to drop the price to $15 to help get rid of them. So if anyone knows of anyone that may want one, please let them know. I don't want to see these calendars in the bin and even tho the drop in price, its still something for the site.
  22. That's not being helpful now is it!!
  23. I took this morning as 7shades likes this car... This building is so odd. Notice the stairs that go up to nowhere!! Its the same on the other side. Yes, such is "Life". Some people really have it rough!! (Life is the license plate)
