  1. This must be gut wrenching! This is why it's good to not care about a car after you've sold it. I try not to think about my previous cars too much, I miss the HZ most of all :(
  2. SWEEEET! Can't wait to see this ksev in person!
  3. Sounds like Crowie needs a tissue or forty...
  4. I still need to see this 4x4 :P
  5. I didn't get my Cusco strut brace for like 2 months from payment... But happy I have it now lol.
  6. As I've been told by a bloke I know. Drive like you stole it! Otherwise you will just baby it! Cheers, Jake.
  7. Old man said it 1degree 55 minutes of camber, nearly 2 degrees...
  8. Yeah it's mad. Theres barely any body roll in the front now, also the rear end has a tiny bit less now. Good fun is to be had :P
  9. I can read some Japanese ya twat. However I was illustrating the only English on the instructions tells you it's for use ONLY in Japan. :P
  10. Felt like Christmas in August for me today. SO many packages arrived :) I FINALLY RECEIVED MY BRAND NEW CUSCO TE37 STRUT BRACE!!!! So happy :) And some other knick knacks for the AE71. I enjoyed the "instructions" that came with the strut brace. Apparently the strut brace can only be used in Japan, I showed them! Cheers, Jake.
  11. Thought you were going for quads? :S
  12. Just needs quads now!!! Looking good man.
  13. So as my other thread states, I got handy with the power drill and wire brush head. I attacked the 4AGE as well, stripped it right back, put some degreaser on it and got "brushing". I only managed to get half the engine done, but it looks pretty good in my opinion. I plan to respray the covers and what not, undecided on how or what colour I'm going to do it, for the meantime, it's bare metal. Also if anyone wants a FWD intake manifold, speak up as I have one lying around which I do NOT need and don't want it go to waste. I got a few pics of mid progress cleaning and "Brushing" and I covered up the engine then realised I REALLY should have taken better photos lol. Anyways try to enjoy :P Also realised I will need to replace the driver's seat belt for a RWC. Already have it sorted though. Cheers, Jake.
  14. Was a little bored today and decided to get handy with the power drill on my k-w bell housing. That's about it for today lol. Cheers, Jake.
  15. Problems fixed thanks to Mr Evan G. After much f@$king around, cylinder 2 wasn't getting any/much of a spark... This meant it was missing and sounded like a WRX with NO balls. A replacement dizzy cap fixed it :) She's running all good now. While he was over I convinced him to fit some new headlights too. I am now no longer running sealed beams! The new ones are so much brighter, I can visibly see things at night now. It's amazing. Cheers, Jake.
  16. Been "tinkering" and trying to work out why she no work. We're under the impression that the timing chain has let go, still uncertain, but she is definately missing a beat. :( One idea we've had, is to chuck in one of the 5k's I have temporarily. I don't particularly feel like driving my old man VS Statesman V8 for a daily, laters fuel... Cheers, Jake.
  17. PRETTY SURE, he's being a smart ass. I posted a status about a potentially BHG, his missus must have seen it and told him.
  18. So seeing as of yesterday, my car has been running like an absolute dog. I'm tempted to get it supercharged using my old setup to destroy the 4k. Seeing as I plan on getting rego on my AE71 in about 4 weeks time, I need this to run till then. At that point I will be taking it off the road for the Twincharging to begin! Things just don't seem to be going my way at the moment :( Cheers, Jake.
  19. Thinking about stealing it back, car is running like shit at the moment!!
  20. Looks overrated, I'll keep an eye out down my way. Sorry to hear man :( Cheers, Jake.
