Exhaust is now complete. I think it has made the car sound like some sort of cross-bred wrx haha. Excuse the poor quality images, but it was the best i could do with an iphone ;) P.S. read previous post and help me with diff choices haha Cheers.

Booked in to get an exhaust fitted tomorrow :) Eventually planning on taking it to the local burnout comps so i'm thinking of a diff upgrade. I want to do the cheapest upgrade haha, would a TA22 or RA28 diff be a good upgrade for it? or maybe r31? like i said, cheapest conversion overall would be best! please give me some advice :) cheers

Ahhh, its just so annoying!

ahhh looking for 15's at the moment :P is it just me or is the fuel gauges not very accurate in a ke30? haha. Mine always seems to fluctuate alotttt! oh and does anyone know someone who has an exhaust for sale ( 2"-2.5") ? need to get something on there bigger asap or if they know someone who can make one for me :) cheers

ahhh yeah. I just have to find a set of rims that i want for it, but can't decide :( i'd like to get a fat set of challengers like kalbys ( http://www.rollaclub.com/board/topic/48080-ke70-supercharged-sa/page__p__495519__hl__supercharged__fromsearch__1#entry495519 ) but i think they are too expensive for me haha. Still unsure what to get, need suggestions!

After much fiddling, we swapped over the head and put the 4k on to lower the compression. Now there is no more vibrations and it runs alot harder haha. Contemplating the idea to buy a cheap ke70 and swap the gear over and make it 'fulleh sick'..hmm..

As title says, looking for 4x114.3 sunnys or dished steelies similar to bassett or diamond racing wheels. Does anyone know a place that can make them or not? Thanks for the help :) P.S. size I'm looking for is 15x7 0 offset.

Hmm.. something seems to be wrong with my engine. When I'm driving, it will start vibrating at ~3000 rpm, then stops at about 3500? not to sure. Once it has past the vibration point, it the supercharger seems to start working propely, as in you can hear it and feel it. Anyone know what the problem might be? I'm thinking it might be the flywheel? Hopefully going to swap back to the 3k engine and see if it still makes the vibration and go from there.. Cheers

Made some changes with the setup and fixed the boost leak. Seems to run pretty good! Just have to make a new exhaust to replace the stock one, then should be able to see a bit more power out of it. I'm looking towards getting some new wheels and possibly some upgrades in the suspension. I am looking at either 15" SSR Mesh or 15" Rota RB's. Does anyone know what offset i should be looking for to make it flush with the guards? I'm aiming for a 7" wide rim if that helps :) What should i do for the suspension? I'm looking to make it a bit more stiff and handle a bit better (I'm on a budget so cheaper=better haha). At the moment I'm pretty sure its all stock but it has Pedders Shockers. Any help with Wheel offset and Suspension would be greatly appreciated :D

That looks alot nicer, i think my dad went over the top making sure it was 'sturdy' haha. He seems to be under the impression that there is less pipe that the air needs to travel through having it mounted on the left? Well thats what the guy at the supercharger place was saying :P Going to try make a new gasket on the weekend and see if that makes a difference. Cheers

We put springs on the manifold so incase of a backfire, it will hopefully blow it backwards. Last pic is of my hecktick whitewalls i made with some spray paint.. forgot that it would crack tho... hahah. The accelerator cable has been changed and now makes the pedal very stiff and hard to drive, does anyone know of a way to loosen it or make it easier? Cheers.

It's been a while since an update. Finally got it running tonight. Unfortunately there seems to be some sort of leak making the S/C not run very well. We have checked all the hoses and manifolds but can't really find the problem.. Anyway posted a video just incase anyone wants to have a look and suggest some ideas :P It kind of sounds like a bird 'squaking'? Hard to explain haha. There is no whine coming from the S/C and sounds NOTHING like any of the other SC14's that i have seen Cheers.
