Yeah, come to think of it Springwood Maccas was where my brother took me a few years back. They went to skids after that. I don't know if anyone on rollaclub would have any interest going to skids though.

We should get a list going of all the times/places there are gatherings of cars. I'll start with what I know and I'll add to the list any additions made by others. Where: Munch Inn - Cnr. Beaudesert Rd. and Elizabeth St. Acacia Ridge When: Every Friday from about 6pm What to expect: Old muscle cars, I'm told there's some Jap cars too. The Munch Inn has pretty good burgers. Where: Kosmos - Westpoint Shopping Centre carpark (off Browns Plains Rd., opposite Grand Plaza) When: Every Saturday from about 6pm What to expect: Old American/Australian muscle cars. Kosmos Kitchen, Hungry Jack's or Maccas in the area if you're hungry. Where: Springwood Maccas When: ??? What to expect: Predominantly a starting point. Where: Auto One Kawana (sunny coast) When: Every 3-4 weeks on a Friday at 6ish. Where: Harry's Diner When: Thursday and Friday nights What to expect: Thursdays - Import cars, Fridays - Old school

Saw a lowered red KE70 with black bonnet, roof racks and what sounded like a well behaved 4AGE. Spotted it around Algester/Runcorn area a couple of times.

You see, what you can do is park in between two terminals and stretch both speakers to each window; converting mono into AWESOMONO. The speakers aren't that bad. Seriously. If Carlos can't show, would you pretty please rig it up for me? :D I'll be your friend...

I went just a couple of weeks ago in school holiday (hunting) season and there was plenty of speakers. Plus if we get there half an hour or so before the film starts there's gonna be plenty of parks next to one another, for bromosexuals like us.

Yeah, that's what I meant. But would you need to shorten the matching tail shaft to fit a K40/50 gearbox (whichever diff you settle on)? I know of a guy who does tail shafts in my area.

Ok, that helps out a lot. I've also heard that it flogs out the bushings quicker due to slight differences between the two. Think I'll just play it safe and go for the '86. Cheers.

I've been told TA22 diffs bolt straight up to KE70's, but the flange connecting the tail shaft to the diff needs to be cut off the Celica's tail shaft and stuck onto the Corolla's. Has anyone ever done this before? Are they as strong as AE86 diffs or should I focus my efforts looking for one out of an AE86?

I won't be here the weekend after, as much as I'd like to see The Avengers on the big screen. P.S. I've seen Hunger Games and it was alright, but unless you're a girl with girl bits, you mightn't enjoy it as much.

Looking at it now, I'm not sure I'll be coming afterall. I'm going to see a band with my dad on Friday night and my brother's moving in on the weekend. I also have a bunch of housework to do. Not to mention this rear vision mirror I foolishly bought the other day needs returning (I'm getting my sick as aides Lucas mud guard mirrors from the same shop).
