Lol Littleredspirit, have a look at some of my posts or have a conversation with me sometime, i just plain say yo a lot. yo. and i king of think the whole making rollas JDM looking thing is a little funny, due to the costs involved (that shits all so very exxy) so its sorta a dig at that too. IMO JDMing a aus spec car is just weird, tho it does look better i must say.

well i pulled the main jet out and replaced that already froma aus spec carby, problem with your solution is that jap spec carby is well different so i don't think theres a kit available hey..

the organisers said thurs, friday, sat night from this week on... sat was pretty good haha would have went again sunday but spent too much on boozing sat night haha. id be a little worried what might happen if one of those cars goes through a barrier but apart from that she all seems sweet. Ill be there friday night for sure, in fact id say the BC thurs night northside meetup will probably cruise there.

hey guys, My DX wont run properly, it turns over but then when you get it going it only runs if you continually pump the throttle pedal, it wont idle and wont run at Wide open or part open throttle. any ideas? anyone in brisbane want to come have a look? pay in cash or beer haha. lots of interesting stuff on the jap spec engine likee electronic ignition and a cat converter and oxygen sensor... lol too many vacumn lines and too many wires for my liking... cheers yall. Dash and steering wheel are different... i like them. no tacho tho which fails. and heres a pic of the center of the dash, much more modern lookin i think, i def like this, and a proper DIN slot for stereo instead of the old need to butcher me to get a stereo in style dash. hrmm no centre console and no door pockets makes me a bit of a sad panda tho :P ill spend some time cleaning her up and i need to get it running too :P

Dirty but perfect seats even the back seat is perfecto under the shitty seat cover it looks like its never been sat on.

yeah they are 14s andrew, and yes it needs a clean SO BAD thats in the condish i got it from the wreckers, only really tried to get it to run so far.

heres a pic of the front... notice all the extra emissions gear? and the smaller radiator and thermo fan... any idea where ill get rad hoses? these ones are different to the usual, obviously and my hoses are stuffed :) also has electronic ignition with a igniter module very much like a 4AGE's coil and of all the convoluted things to have, a oxygen sensor in the exhaust... anyone give up any info on the jap spec KE70? especially relating to the engine? looking under it the car has a cat converter too, so maybe i can run it on unleaded without it pingin lol.

heres a couple of shots of the rust it has the third bad rust patch is on the other side in the same spot as the second pic, and a little bit in the fuel filler too... hrmm my grandfather has announced hes buying a mig welder to build a henhouse for our 5 egg laying chooks and my pet duck (yes i have a pet duck lol) so ill be making use of the mig to do the rust on this one i think...

Hey all, While i was on my way down to the local wreckers with a friend trying to buy car parts for his conformodore we drove past the local Ford specialist wreckers, and i spotted this in the corner of their yard. I Immediately made my mate turn back and abandon his parts mission as i had to go have a look at this car. something just wasnt right about that flat front in the yard... sure enough we asked to go have a look and when i got close enough i realised id found myself a genuine DX rolla! and judging by all the japanese writing all through the car, and the import plaque on the firewall its come from japan, as I'm was told the only other model that has the smaller radiator and thermo fan is the UK model, which i hardly think would have japanese written lights on the dash and the fuse box... The car itself is in astoundingly good condition except for a few bad rust spots, but the interior is perfect. it doesnt quite run properly but ill post my questions in the relevant section :) anyways thats enough, heres some pics. a shot of the rear. Love those tail lights. hrmm doors a bit dinted :y: more pics to come ;)

how hard is that to do? I'm considering doing something similar in a shade close to that in my ke70, help make it nicer before i sell, the interiors out of it atm... Tho i have the purple exterior paint too :) and purple wheels soon

that doesnt stop several cruises from meeting up/departing from there most nights. theres always cats hanging out there. i prefer the hypermarket across the road from there tho as a cruise meeting point :hmm:
