well did a lil work on the 6 powered rolla, then tolk some pic of the ke20 and started to make the turbo set up for it agian as ive got a 8psi gate now rather than the 20psi one that was on last time, and i will make it a lil better dis time...... HAHA de ke20 is now running 205/60/13 on the front and 205/65/13 on the back. oh and on a nother not the cluch is now slipping, guess it wasn't up for the power of the 3T!!!! dam stocko clutch, now got to look at making it better? Turbo set up is a lil bit of a mess right now just susing out what to get and do.

thanks mate :) well al i did is bolt up the gear box to the X member, then bolt the engine to the box and had a look were it all sat, then i think i moved it back a lil, but slotting the outer holes in the gear box Cross member, used the origanal mounts of the k series, just cut them all the way off, bolted it the the t series engine mounts off the block and keeped cutting the k series mounts down till it all sat were i wanted it, then welded it into place, just had to weld the sides and back of the mount then tap in the front as it sat out over the X member a lil :P if ya look through there will be pics i think? if noe let me know and ill see if i can dig some up :) the sump had 1cm between the X member, so just tap it in a lil, didnt need a lot now i would say its got 5cm or a lil more between and works fine.

yeah but got a v6 in a datto ute so not doin that at all. and i like the ford 6 better than the holden, not to worry my rolla freind it will all turn out ok and it will hall ass

are i see well i dint have any of them so couldnt measure them!!! can alway make the other ke20 with one LOL i think i might, and scoot yeah i know that ive got to cut out a lil more for the MPFI manifold, so I'm goin to take out the other motor soon so i can make it all, and goin to make my own exhuast manifold so i can have a bit more room.

well i have v8S and the ford 6 fits a hell of a lot better, and will kill them when the turbo is done :hmm: and its cheaper to build for me. lok the motor is almost holdin its self.

WILL HAVE TO CUT THE SUMP UP AND REMAKE IT TOO, NOT ALOT OF CLEARENCE BETWWEN THE CRANK AND THE X MEMBER SO WILL HAVE TO MOD WERE IT RUNS, LIKE CUT OUT A V IN THE MEMBER NOTE THE TURBO IN PIC IS A T28, BUT STILL HEAPS OF ROMM FOR A T4 THAT BE IT FOR NOW, FEEL FREE TO LEAVE A COMENT

THE FORD RAD WILL DO FOR NOW WILL HAVE TO CUT DOWN AND REMAKE THE X MEMBER TO GET THE ENGINE MOUNTS IN AND OIL FILTER WILL HAVE TO BE MOVED, AS THE ONES IN THE PIC ARE BROKIN IN HALF CLEARANCE BETWEEN THE MOTOR AND RAD, WILL MOST LIKLY RUN A SINGLE SURPENTIME BELT ALSO WILL HAVE TO MOVE THE ALT

Future Mods: turbo the motor, run at lest 250RWKW, heaps really will change through the year so no point listing them all. well as i could only seem to have some peps lookin at buying the 5 speed out of my old EA and not to much else i desided to make some thing with it, and i always wanted to make one of the KE26's into a burnout machine, so a first it was a 4.2L layland all alloy V8 but it need to be rebilt and know nothing about the motor and had no box and shit with it, and didnt really want to go and but any motors fot it, so I'm useing the old eb motor and the 5 speed set up out of my ea. At dis stage ive just got a half cut rolla that I'm useing to work it all out then will fix up the KE26 shell and make it a lil bit stronger and then get the motor in and start the build, but first I'm goin to make the dumby motor and car and do all that, then stop for a bit cos ive got some other things to finish first then will get into the real stuff. i plan to make it for summernats next year so ive got alot of time to do it all. well hears some pics for ya. THE HALF CUT ROLLA AS YOU CAN SEE IVE CUT A LIL BIT OUT TO GET IT IN HAHA

yeah i love thhe 26 and ill get any cheaper ones that come my way :D also ya can get them in a 2 door or a 4 door :)

pulled the back seats out tonight to see were i can run the cable. goin to run the + cable from the bat past the tank, through a hole under the seat, then run it along the tunnel under the carpet, then through the firewall when i make the hole and along the chassis rail for a bit then off the the starter, will most likly run the - along the some path to, just need to runn the wiring for the speaker on the other side now <_< note that the cable will not be like that just had it like that so you can get the idea of were it will run through the firewall.

got some updates that i did on the weekend just didnt post it up till now. well started to put the battery in the boot, linds got the box in there for me, just got to work out were to runn the two cables? inside or outsdie to start with? and then were to run it through the firewall? Thinking of running the cables through here some were? and then running along were the red arow goes, then down to the starter for the + and stright to the chassis for the - . and will have a ruber gromet in the wall to seal it all up. also go some ram tubes so i can run some socks on it :'( just got to move the coil as well, because as you can see it, in the way of the socks of the first bank.

Went to the Off Street Drags friday night, best fun ive had in a long time can't wait till i get back out there. best run was a 15.9 but with the varbys running better and a better take off, and also it was gettin hard to change into 3rd gear, but think i could run a mid or low 15? was happy thow all good fun, didnt break any thing so that was good. thanks to linds for getting a trailer and towing it up there, and my bro nick, ryan, sean and sumo for coming down to help out and watch, thanks heaps boys. got some pics, and will have some vids soon if i can get them? not that it was fast, but did ok, almost got a VC v8 manual on one run,and got to run a 10 sec flat commo ute that was funny. pic's of the 205's i got out of the tyre stack to run, LOL did the job. can go alot bigger as i have marked out. also me and a mate linds made up a difernet zorst in an hour for it LOL. was 2 1/2'' with a hotdog and then a single stright through mufler, sounds ok but drons like all f@$k!!

well got some more up dates, did i lil bolt on brake up grade cos the old brakes are ssshit, not that the new ones are alot better but there better and it was all free so I'm not conplaning :P ive tolk of all the old brake setup of the ke20 strut, and a ke30 strut, put the ke30 backing plate and caliper on, and changed over the disc from the ke30 hup to my ke20 hub so i can still run the same bolt patern size. bolted it all up and it all good and workin, just need new pads and that, I'm thinkin just goin all out soon, and just not run the old patern size cos it will be easyer to make up brake setups for it :) KE30 ON LLEFT KE20 ON RIGHT THE SWAP KE30 BRAKES ON DUMBY KE20 STRUT AND JON TOOK A PIC OF ME ....WORKING....

lol funny boy you all are, and yes some on can buy it if you want? might try and do dis agian soon and see what it will rev to before shit starts to happen? LOL it a lil beond the rebilt my friend the motor is f@$ked :) pullin it down cos scrapin cars and car parts all dis week, and i just wanted to see what i hell happened to it. ive got more pics note were the rod has smashed the block on both sides number 4 big end bearing, with out the rod, it gone? i guess it went right out the side and didnt bother comin back:D number 3 pistion number 4 pistion looks like the motor was running for some time, buy lookin at wear the bigend was running, it all black and shitty

well ive started to scrap cars out at my house, and ive had dis old 3K motor in a ke20 for some time that has blon up and ive only just not seen what happened:P i didnt blow it up so i can only guess what happened but the remanes, but it looks like it has had the shitter reved out of it, it didnt drop any valves or any thing only the bottom end what damaged, but looks like number 4 rod has let go, half of it smashin out the side of the block and breakin off the rod bolts, and the the end cap has come off and was floatin around in the block gettin smashed about, then number 3 rod has let go and was smakin about the blosk still on the crank, smashed the oil pump up, then she has still kept running till all the bearing had run dry:eek: but it didnt end there she has sstill be goin after that, well untill the bottom end of rod number 4 got smashed into the cam lockin it up and snaping it at the front pully by the looks? i havent pulled the whole motor down yet, will do tomorrow and see, but looks like the good old 3k held uup a good fight till the end:D ive got some pic and will have more tomorrow. some how i don't think that the right firein order!! some thing tryin to get out of the sump note the bearin cap on the far right hand side a bit of shrapnel in the sump, and i hhole bottom of the stup is full of meteal bits. lol note the rod in the cam
