  1. I'm installing another internal regulated alternator on my ke30 but it has a ig terminal which do i connect this to on the old loom?
  2. i can't check the timing yet because i don't have a timing light at the moment. ill pull one hose later to check thanks. yea might need some aftermarket gauges. and it originally had a 3k in it and the previous owner did the swap.
  3. sorry its a sotck 2tc deciding if its the thermostat or waterpump or both. havent run the car to that speed yet too scared shit might happen ahahaha

  5. @altezza dude i put on the air cleaner assembly it idles a little fine now. maybe ill check the timing. i don't have a timing light right now I'm still kinda playin around with the idle mixture. it idles between 1000-1500 it varies. below 1000 it dies. i took it out today to get it registered but on the way home i think the alternator died because chg light on the dash does not come on and the battery got drained. which one is the fuel cutoff solenoid @andy
  6. my temp gauge goes all the way up while cruising at around 50kmh(not sure because speedo does not work lol) but it goes down to about below 1/4 of the gauge as soon as i come to a stop. is this the gauge or something more technical? thanks
  7. did all that before putting the carb back in. before it was hesitating on acceleration now it doesnt. it holds idle now but its unstable maybe idle fuel mixture?
  8. on the second vid the bowl was actually full didnt know why but i fixed it on the first vid. now it just sits above the dot but it does not idle. gonna go look for vacuum leaks thanks i believe its the closed setup. PCV-->catch can-->manifold.
  9. my carb wont hold idle. and on my other carb the bowl gets too full. really needs help. gonna post a video soon. been messin with the idle mixture screw but no luck. the exhaust smoke is blue btw
  10. i have the 2tc too previous owner swapped it in its a 4 speed tho. it originally had a 3k in it. thanks for the info on the lowering blocks :D
  11. did put good fuel in it since i got it 91 octane. highest possible octane here in canada lol. @altezza dude dillute the whole tank or carb itself?

  13. dub felgenwerk 57v something got them for 550 but they are on sale for 300 got hussled :bash: wanted rotas but this was around so just grabbed it haha

  17. didnt plan on using silicone but will try the grease thing thanks. when i opened it up a few days ago the gasoline in the bowl had orange crud in it could it be gas or rust from the tank?

  19. I'm gonna reuse this gasket do i need to put anything on this to make it seal or i can just put it on dry like this? also any carb help or advice is appreciated :D
  20. sorry to ask this but where did get ur weber carbs? also is this the 32/36 progressive? and where did u get ur lowering blocks? looking up in the interweb and can't seem to find the right one lol i have the same car as yours but how come mine is a ke30 and yours is a different one? mine is in a rough shape tho
  21. is there an aftermarket manifold to install a weber ida 48mm carbs on the 2tc? I'm searching on the interweb with no results and i did not find anyone doing it
