puzzle man

when i finished tafe i got a certificate 3 baker pastry cook / baker, (retail baking - combined) duel trade. i got 15 distinctions out of 19 modules i did cakes for about 3 years and bread for about 4 years (a bit here and a bit there not all at the one time) the tafe teacher we have for cake decorating 1 and cake decorating 2 was a *****. it took us over 6 weeks every Monday 6 hr day to make a spray of flowers and put them on this cake... any way she failed me so i re-took the test with my mate who owns Schwartz's (a patisserie in Wentworth falls.) and he tort me a way to make flowers and other stuff in one 6hr shift, instead of 6 weeks to make . so to sum it up, I'm a baker/pastry cook. i get about 56K be for tax but thats mainly because of penalty rates.

OK I'm no graphic designer or I.T computer guy or a mechanic like some of you guys this is what i do for crust : cakes this was a friends 18th cake i made... this was my sisters 18th cake and my 21st this was a bday cake... this is a eatable flour its made of RTR (ready to roll) icing (also refired to as wedding cake icing) just a cake i made.. this was my mums 30th i think cassie helped a lot with this one... Cassie made this one tho for my b'day a few years ago. the most important cake my wedding cake... it was a tear drop heart shape with 50 cup cakes so evey body got a little cup cake in stead of a piece if cake... its a good idea... well its madison's 1st birthday and i made her a number one cake.. if any body wants a cake made PM me

another update... got new plates.. there black on silver and had these "wanka" LED driving lights in my draw so put them on.. and put my new MP3 radio in next up will be a respray . 1st though an alarm and window tint, set of solx locks, and then i will be modifying my dash for some gages be for the 4a gos in, but will not be just cutting the dash up and stuff as i want it to look original.

little up date.. i got rego and was driving very nice, and then the heater box decided to start leaking. so got the shits and tryed to fix it by disconnecting the 2 hoses for the heater and just ran 1 hose to seal it off.. and then the car would not start so connected the hoses back up and it stared running again. took it for a drive and heater box was leaking worse than be for so got the shits and riped all the carpet out and back seat and seat belts and most plastic down the bottom and rear door trims will be painting all that wile its out and i would like to get new carpets in as well and now ive got this.... hopefully i will be getting it in the car next year around February.. need (i think) some things 1st ke 70 pedal box (for hydraulic clutch) don't know if it will fit in the 35. engine mounts new radiateator as old one is FUBAR (geting one from KE Corolla Radiators- $399! ) cut and shut intake manifold then some one to put it in for me and wire it up (as I'm a baker not a mechanic) now can any one help? what do i need and will fit in my 35 to get the 4a running? will a ke 70 pedal box fit? what engine mounts should i use? and cross member? and if theres any thing you think would help me. thanks Craig

i went into autobahn and they said that part number is for seat covers. but had a look at some really nice $400 DRiFT seats

thanks Nick thought id update this. i got a new hood but its a KE30 hood so the vents are differnt but my wife likes it better so its ok lol.. the old hood (i like these vents better), and the rust.. and now i need a new bonnet lock/latch thing as the old ones ****ED and last week i opened the radiator and it was really bad, rust and sludge in it, so drained it out and flushed it out with the hose and put new coolant in.

thats it I'm finished with it.. after heaps of sanding thats it. my mate came and picked it up and he is going to paint it so when he puts it back in his car i will take pics.

I sanded this last week and just needed a bit more bog to fix some little bits after the 1st sand and then some more bog.... when the bog drys i will do some more sanding and then primer and paint.

thanks, Sydney liverpool i did it that way as that was the best way i new how. the way i did it seams easyer to me.

noticed a crack in the dash be for i stared so i put some fiberglass behind it to strengthen it up.. the crack.. the back.. and then started glassing the front.. and some more on the back.. then after alot of fileing and sanding i boged it up.. i did not use even 1/2 the amount of bog i used on my dash. this is were I'm up to ATM needs sanding then maybe a little more bog, then sand again, then primer and paint. if any body would like a dash done like this PM me. i would be interested in doing a RA28 or 22/23

I'm now doing a dash for a mate for his ke 70 this is what i started with.. and wanted something like this.. so i cut 3 bits of the same pipe i used befor.. the angle there on.. i made more room for the cups to fit by cutting some plastic away.. 1st one in using a hot glue gun to hold in place.. 2nd one in.. and all 3 in making shore there all on the right angle i wanted.. once the glue had dried i then started glassing the back of the dash 1st to give it strength..

its all done now... just some more pic because i know you all love pic and i thought because i had the weal off i would get some pic. and thought i would point out a little stuff up (be for someone else does ) this one i did not square off the hazed switch. and can you see a like bubble above the switch? that was hardened resin that was so hard to sand back but took it back heaps and thought the paint would cover it up but alas it did not. and here i did not round the edge that much as i wanted and i scuffed the paint when i was puting it back in. all in all I'm REALLY happy with it. it did take a bit of time (manly sanding) but had fun making it. it cost me all up id say about $24-$26 as i had most of the stuff in the garage from last time.
