hey jarrod, spoke to a couple of the cccv boys today and told them about the weekend and they seem pretty keen. just need the details posted on the toymods forum and they'll let us know. i did stress to them that we need to confirm numbers asap and a deposit or full payment to be payed. cheers leigh can't wait for the excuses to come from stu when jarrod has smoketh'd with twinky :lol:

engineers has been gotten $450 later just knocked back on noise 107db and my harnesses have no as tag, now 87db and normal seat belts have appointment at vicroads for round 2 on friday fingers crossed no dramas. if anyone is going to cccv mornington peninsula run i will be there. hope to se you there. oops forgot to log out and log in under my name instead of leighs but you get that!! stu.

hey guys, spoke to stu today and the engineer only picked him on a couple of things. exhaust (too loud) n the harnesses not having a A/S ticket on them. if anyone knows where we can get a couple of good standard seat belts for a ke11, let us know pls. we'll be working on the old girl this w/end to get her ready so we're not too far away now. cheers leigh

if stu could stop bracing himself from the jesus bar and the seat we would've got some wicked footage of cam nearly lifting the inside wheels of the ke25. awesome skills cam!

hey kangaroosa, i spoke to mammi's a while ago about my webers on the commy and (i thinks its graham, not sure) said that even though he does alot of dato rally cars with twins, he would be more than willing to give mine a go. i told him the problem that i had with them and he new exactly what was going on. i've still got to get the car down to them to dyno but i've been to busy with kickn5k's corolla. really nice guy to talk to. i was refered to them by my engine machinist. i hope it works out for you. let us know how you go.

thanks rolla. hey every one thats my twinky right at the back. but not much longer after that. towards the end i was harrasing the hell out of a turbo soarer n even he was impressed. not bad for stock twinky with springs n the worlds most droniest exhaust. you'll hav to speak up cause me n stu r still deaf from it. :D

what the hell is goin on with governments today? :) that makes me so irrate that i just wanna cut hoops on the parliament front lawn. :D

guys n girls, i don't mean to sound like an old fart here but i went to springnats 4 years in a row, the first time was when that kid got run over by a semi, and that year was awesome until that happened. every year after that the coppers got worse n worse. i've never seen anything like it. they :) (the cops) were canary-ing anything that had an exhaust n wheels. they were even canary-ing cars on trailers! that was the second year. it was out of control. the year after that the crowd numbers were down n i got done for drinking in public :D ($200 on the spot) people were getting canaried and epa'd due to the turbo craze. they were gettin people with a blow off valve and/or inter-cooler. the 4th year was a little better but the cops still let u feel their presence. I'm not baggin the event at all because even tho the cops were so called "doin their job" the actual event at the deca is awesome. the only reason i didn't go last year was because i entered my weekender into easternats. it is a top weekend in shepp n i would fully recommend goin but a word of advise, take a roadworthy car and behave or they'll get ya.

thanks muller. glad to know there's heaps of corolla buffs out there besides myself n me best mate who owns a ke11 with a 5k, twin SU's and a decent cam. yeah i always wanted to put a 4age in the 17 but it had a fully worked 4k with worked twin asians on it. it was an awesome car. it gave quite a few cars a run for their money :D

Hi all, I'm webers4x48. I'm from Frankston and i am back in a corolla again after so many years of ownin commodores even tho i still own 1 as a weekenda. I have a 1987 Twincam seca but i have owed many of the older rollas such as a Ke17 sprinter (my fav) and 4 ke20's and a ke25. I miss havin the older ones but i love my twincam. I've worked on cars for many years as a hobby and will continue to do so till the day i die. I'm not a qualified mechanic but if anyone has querry i always try to help the best way that i can. I like goin cruisin so if anyone is up for it let me know.
