  1. car sold it might end up back on this site as i sold it to a bloke with the net and it has a rolla club sticker on it I'm probably going to buy a later model rolla as theyre alot easier to get parts for.
  2. got car running today and the 2 sp auto ke30 tailshaft works fine in my 4 speed manual ke70 gearbox i also used all my 76 model 3k accessorys on my 84 model 4k to totally remove all the pollution crap on the motor.
  3. i agree the ke30 bumper looks heaps better on there id be trying that out if i was building a ke70
  4. fast and the furious dude ,seriously looks awesome :y: would turn heads in the middle of nowhere.
  5. I'm just wondering what you used for a tailshaft behind a v6 auto in the conversion as ive been offered a cheap good vn v6 motor and auto from a mate but the only thing that worries me about doing that conversion myself is the tailshaft sorry for jacking your thread but i thought id ask here rather than start a new thread :y:
  6. i actually quite like this lancer except for the ricer shopping list on the side but thats just my opinion not a bad car otherwise. :y:
  7. i thought 40c for a sticker was too cheap i bought a couple for my pride and joy!
  8. cool thats what i was thinking as soon as i found that out
  9. mmm interesting I'm doing the ke30 to 70 brake upgrade at the moment and didnt know commodore pads fit ke70 callipers :y: I'm going to keep that in mind for my upgrade :y:
  10. i like the front spoiler and wheels but thats about it ,i prefer the aussie spec sprinters
  11. i decided to take a couple of pics for you to try and help as you can see there is only two wires the plug only fits in one place and the lug goes to the post right beside the plug sometimes theres a little cylinder thing thats screwed to the back of the alternator that also goes to the threaded post cheers, john
  12. sorry can't put pic up of it wired up as mines currently not in due to being half way through an engine and gearbox conversion, you just slip the round lug onto the threaded post and tighten the nut and washer onto it then bobs your uncle it will be fixed
  13. yes i used an auto tailshaft out of my ke30 which was a 2 speed auto the spline seemed to fit perfectly and the length was right no modifications needed but keep in mind i havent test driven the car yet due to not having the pedal box but it should be fine. but i wouldnt know if its the same for your ke25 as I'm learning about rollas myself as i go.
