How much money do you want to spend? That will ultimately decide your choice.

Never used one in twenty years on a 25.

Paint the 7MG blue. That way it wont scare the fish.

There will never be another like him. Great driver, great engineer. True gentleman. And, in his later years, deaf as a post.
I was talking to a friend tonight, and a number of years ago, Subaru ran a day at Mt Cotton with Sir Jack doing hot laps in a WRX. One of his son's told a nervous lady to squeeze Sir Jacks leg if she got frightened and he'd slow down. He told Sir Jack to speed up if she touched his leg. Hilarity ensued.
The word legend is bandied around too much these days, however to this man it is fitting.
Vale Sir Jack Brabham.

Velo Milano, Velo gp90 and gpt fit. Most after market seats do.
Just as an aside, I doubt that it covers the 4 point harnesses, unless it's a Rainsford or Safe n Sound harness. They are/ were the only ADR harnesses available in the last 20 years.

That was my effort. Not much progress from there unfortunately.

Freak. And I mean that in the nicest possible way.

I have a WIA 175, and it's the best thing since canned piss.
I'll turn it on in 40 years and weld something with it. If you think you're going to do that with a Supercheap welder, you have another thing coming.
-
Unless you have forearms like Schwarzenegger, you'll have problems turning that.
-
Yep. Been there, done that.
If you're going to do this more than once, get an old tail shaft and get the yoke off it. You can use this as a bung to stop the fluid coming out. Saves a lot of mess.

They neglect to say that this is the same outfit that was busted cheating in a huge way in the 90's and then stopped competing?

Damn. Secrets out now.

Dynos really are best used for before and after to gauge the results of tinkering. Who knows when it was last calibrated (or if it has ever been properly calibrated)
For example: the same engine that produced 87 hp at the wheels on one dyno, came up with 110hp on another dyno. This second dyno the owner made me fully aware it was incorrect (a man of integrity), however we picked up about "7" hp through playing with various things. Thereby still fulfilling its purpose as a tool.
People put too much weight on "my car made 6000hp on the dyno".

Maybe 100 at the fly. maybe. Probably not as you'll be restricted by the carbs, and the rest of the specs, although okay don't blow my hair back.
I had a 1360cc 3k with a big cam and webers. 2.25" exhaust. I had I think 87 at the wheels on an honest dyno. That's about 107 at the fly counting on the standard 20% loss through the drivetrain.

From the rules that You have agreed to:
]5.8.0 You may only "bump" (i.e. reply to yourself) your item every 72 hours (3 days) or your item(s) will be removed. No bumps are allowed within the first 72 hours of posting your item. Excess "bumping" is unnecessary, very annoying and unfair to other advertisers. Just to clarify what a bump is: Replying to yourself (no other posts made after your last) before the 3 days is up, or Replying explicitly (either clear or on the sly) for the purpose of returning a thread to the top of the forum view.[/b]Feel free to readvertise in a couple of days.
