  1. Which is now effectively bumping the old post. Stop it. There's not enough traffic on here that you have to do this, and all you succeed in doing is annoying the moderators. And you really don't want that to happen.
  2. http://www.rollaclub.com/board/topic/71085-4age-carbies/
  3. The washing part is certainally worth it for being able to get it dirty. :)
  4. You'll punch the top out of the top mounts. Bracing won't cut it, you would want to fabricate turrets a la group 4 Escort fashion. Personally after racing a 25 for many years you'd be better off sorting a really good leaf pack set up. It's not a dark art.
  5. And still staying in the same state. :)
  6. They're a good thing. Can be a bit understeery though, particularly when things get tight. Given my occupation, you should hope that I know about things like that. Worked off those Bays in the early days of Virgin.
  7. Newish Tiger A320 with wing "sharklets". Pushing back from about Bay28?
  8. Arrgghh. This is where it went. I wanted to put it in another thread. Fail.
  9. Commitment. Lacking you are.
  10. Is there any other way to put oil in a Corolla? :D
  11. T50 came in them from the factory, so yes(ish), it bolts straight in. It's just there's not a whole lot of room once it's in.
  12. The grille is the wrong one for a 71. The grille also doesn't match the front guards. Seriously not worth the money.
  13. T50 is a fairly tight fit into a 25. If a W55 is that much bigger some massage work will be required.
  14. It must be quite a smell then.... :D
  15. I ran with at t series behind my 2tg. I found boxes to be the weaker link.
  16. If your drums are out of round, adding a hyd handbrake will make no difference. I have a hyd handbrake, and they're not the be all and end all. They're also illegal for road use. Let's put it this way, it can't hurt to have them machined. And throw a new set of shoes at it while you're there.
  17. Drums or discs on the rear? I've found over the years that machining the drums is more effective than any other mod.
  18. 4.77. Or thereabouts. They mate well with standard t50 ratios. I had a fairly gutsy 2tg, and with 4.1 there was too bigger gap from second to third. 4.7 made it much better
  19. And this is where it shall end, too. Cheers R
