  1. Putting up an adverrt is the "Wanted to Buy" section is the best place to start. Regards Mods.
  2. That's nice. Perhaps posting an advert in the "Wanted to Buy" section would be a better way of achieving this. Regards Mods.
  3. I'll have one of what Col wants. Seriously, you guys need to try harder. I beat Batch in my first event. Driving his car. :)
  4. Correct. You scallop the sides of the bores. Also the sump needs a bit of massaging too.
  5. Nav's also appreciate a bit of advanced warning before you go in, too. Last one I had I gave the Nav 120m of warning!
  6. 5k crank won't swing in a 3k block. The big ends hit the sides.
  7. Work out what you've spent on it and ask around a third to a half of that value.
  8. Saw this thing in the flesh at Christmas time. Pics do NOT do it justice. So many little details so nicely done.
  9. Please put an advert in the "Wanted to Buy" section. Regards Mods.
  10. Depends if you want a loan for anything again. Ever.
  11. Believe me, it doesn't get easier with age, either.
  12. Now I think about it, we have CF34-8E that we trying to flog of at the moment. Couldn't be more than a couple of mil?
  13. Deni Autocross is to this day the best autocross track I've driven, and I've driven a few. Do yourself a favour and go up early Saturday and have a run. You wont be disappointed. :)
  14. For the right price I can supply the jet engine. No, I wont swap for a fish tank and a VL commodore.
  15. There's a point, I'm sure Sikoflex would do something along these lines.
  16. Somebody doesn't know how to load a car on a trailer. :)
  17. I have a D7000. I take motorsport photos. I'm not a Pro's arsehole. I don't watermark them. Anybody whos car I take a photo of is welcome to the shots, because I race too, and I like photos of my car to come back to me. :)
  18. We use Hysol alot. Made by a company called Henkel. We glue aircraft together with the stuff.
  19. More than likely the one you pulled out of the 25. I've used later 4 speeds in my 25 and always used the original tailshaft.
  20. Brown snot and crunchy teeth. A successful days motorkhana-ing. :)
  21. Contact CAMS. BSCC, NDSCC, HSCCQ etc. There's no actual Corolla club in Qld. The closest would be whatever the Celica Car Club call themselves these days, and I'm not sure whether they do concessional reg. Note: Most car club are dubious of people joining up for concessional rego.
  22. I once won a bitumen motorkhana outright in a borrowed X3 Excel. (okay, I may have fitted semi's to it, but it was still an Excel....).FWD is fast. Remember you don't have to lift off while using the handbrake, and "big circles" are your friend. You'll be fine. :)
  23. 25 front and rear for dirt, and 40 front and rear for bitumen in a KE25. Have a chat with your "class mates" at the VMC and get their opinion as well. FWD should clean up the RWD boys. :)
