i quoted the r31/s13 rim style on page 1. and to answer your question about how you can only lower your car so much on 17s because if your running 15's you can lower your car 2" more with the same guard scrubbidge. i think the forums have taught a lesson. and those rims on the wagon look pretty nice, theyre a pretty good choice. so I'm not totally against the whole 17" on e7s just those ones because they are a shocking rim choice. have you found another set of rims ? i picked my ones up for $600 with $500 worth of rubber on there 100% 185/60 14 bridgstone g3's a lot cheaper in tyres as well once you shread through them.

well if this is any help to you, the most "bling" rim you could find with a 114.3 stud pattern would be of an s13 silvia or r31 skyline they make blingers for those types of cars. you do know your car can be only so low when its sitting on 17s compared to 14s/15s

theyre not going to fit theyre wrong studd patern, maybe off a honda integra or something stupid like that as they are 4x100 e7 stud pattern is 114.3 as stated above wish you luck in your quest to get these on your car you obviously not going to listen. so do what you want, like i said in my original post

and more this one above has mild flare ie: do it at home spec and the bottom one isnt a ke70 but it is an xe7x now go out and do some real fitment.

why give tyre specs when they mean nothing how big are the rims? 17x8 ? 17x9 ? how much stretch is the tyre going to be had on the rim I'm guessing theyre going to be some chinese 17s so something like 17x6.5 or 17x7.5 17s will fit but why do you want 17s ? 4kc can't push the tiny 13s that you run if your getting bigger rims to enhance your grip go with some wider rims instead of bigger something like 14x8 or if you really want some fitment 15x10's but no matter what rim, on an xe7x its all about the -ve offset probably cost around the same as your chinese spec bob jane t mart 17s. my opinion, do not intent on having a ping at you, it is your car, and you do make the final decisions at the end of the day.

from my experience ive seen them put in ae86's they use custom mounts and x member but i heard you can use rb20 mounts aswell the transmission tunnel needs to be modified to fit the shifter in, unless you want the shifter placed 3-4 inches back further, then you will have to modify the handbrake so it doesnt hit the gear shifter. custom tailshaft, and I'm sure your diff will be upgraded aswell to hold the power of the 1.8L turbo in comparison to the old carby, your diff will shatter. and its extremely important to place the motor as low and as far back in. but not to low to hit the sump etc. basic common sense. but its a bit of f@$king around. worth it in the end in my opinion. 86drivingclub has a write up somewhere, but its probably different for ke10/20/30/ etc etc. front suspension is generally just ae86 coilovers/struts with JDM vented disc or FC rx7 brakes on ae86 coilovers/struts or ive seen a few guys have s13 front coilovers with s13 brakes etc but I'm guessing that would involve a lot of modification. but basically just use your common sense and research everything properly so you know exactly what you are doing, then you can decide what is cheaper and better value for money in the long run, and what you want to use the car for ?

with the money you spend on the rolla upgrading front and making shit custom to fit a v6 ecotec, buy a VLT and sick does burnouts, would probably put out as much smoke. don't waste the corolla.

door trims look nice, the whole cars fairly clean. hows the 4ac holding up ? :P

the only thing they don't have is rack and pinion steering. the front struts are easy to use, if you want to be an ultimate cheep skate you can even use the stock steering arms and stock strut tops and ae86 struts are always around because ae86 guys always upgrading to coilovers etc plus they have mighty good looks :D and pretty much any conversion that an ae86 does this does.

always put your corolla before a woman, 1) the corolla will NEVER let you down 2) and if the woman looses the battle, corolla will find a new one 3) Corolla can make you more excited and more happy than any woman could ever make you happy. 4) if you have a disagreement with corolla, spend $10 on fuel and you will never fight again 5) if you have a disagreement, start looking at personal loans to get back in the good books in hope that you wont fight for another week 6) no matter how ugly a corolla looks to everyone else, they always manage too look so god damn sexy without a 6pack or alcohol induced glasses :dance:
